Summary: The overall property was clean and staff were extremely friendly. Room was spacious and clean - bathroom shower area had some grouting issues but seems standard for Chennai. Expected a little better from Hilton. Areas of improvement - extremely long wait for food when ordered through in room dining / ala carte at bar (>50-60 minutes) each time with having to follow up to ensure we weren’t forgotten. In room TV definitely needs an upgrade. Older model with no option to stream/chromecast. Especially for a Hilton. We stayed in a cheaper hotel nearby that exceeded the standards compared to what Hilton Chennai produced especially from the price we paid vs amenities/services provided. Great location.

Summary: Our second stay in The Hilton, Chennai was as enjoyable as our first visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and efficient. I can recommend the taxi service organised by the hotel which was perfect for our airport collection and drop-off.

Summary: I stay regular at the Hiton Guindy, the staff are excellent and the facilities in the main are good. The gym could do with a few new cardio machines but apart from that everything wlse is pretty good.

Summary: This modern hotel has a lovely rooftop pool and seating area. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and efficient. Convenient for the airport.

Summary: Food is not good.its below average. Some of the items are very salty. In Dinner most of the items are not tatsty. In breakfast chatneys are not good all except one.
